Rifle Academy Sports Club is dedicated to Olympic shooting and archery training for adults. We offer introductory courses in shooting range safety, breathing techniques, and precision under the supervision of instructors authorized by the sports federation.

• All activities are conducted exclusively for sports and recreational purposes.
• Any discussion, training, or involvement in military tactics, the use of lethal firearms for unauthorized purposes, or illegal hunting is prohibited.
• Our services are intended exclusively for adults. Access for children is strictly prohibited without the consent and direct supervision of a responsible adult and an authorized instructor, under special conditions.

2. User Rights and Obligations

Your Rights: You have the right to access public information on the site and to enroll in the offered services, while respecting the internal rules.

Your Obligations: You are obliged to:

• Respect all shooting range safety rules and etiquette.
• Provide correct and complete information upon registration.
• Use sports equipment (cardboard target, protective glasses, professional bow, etc.) only for its intended purpose and according to the instructors' instructions.
• Do not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content of the site without our written consent.

3. Club Rights and Obligations

Our Rights: We reserve the right to refuse access to any person who violates these terms or safety rules. We retain the right to modify schedules, fees, and the content of the site.

Our Obligations: We are committed to providing quality services under maximum safety conditions, under the guidance of authorized instructors. We will process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Club is not responsible for any accidents resulting from a participant's failure to comply with safety rules. Participation in activities implies acceptance of the inherent sports risks. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
